Just a question for consideration. The prospectus set out what the company's intentions are regarding the use of the money received through the CR. We know the placement raised the full $1M but as the current SP is approx 40% below the CR offer it is reasonable to assume that the retail part of the CR will fall well short of the $1.6M they were aiming for. What bearing will the reduced funds have on deals being signed in the near term as $1.2M was to be used for delivery of OTT services and $750K for Content Rights. I can see K2U being further stalled (sorry steven) as working capital is more than likely a locked in figure(ie salaries).
