    2.We are waiting for PGAS to finalize its distribution agreement with one of its many potential delivery partners
    3.Once 2 is achieved binding contract signed with Tv2 and $$$ paid. My understanding $$$will be received as staged payments
    4.Deal has been on table since prior to RTO
