Shareholders are fully aware the situation (assuming everyone has done their homework). As a rule, CNs are never ideal and should always be avoided where possible. However in this particular instance, the certainty of revenue in the short term (accompanied by recent stellar announcements) and scale of the potential reward in coming months should IMO more than compensate shareholders and the balance sheet for the 'added risk' and 'inconvenience' caused.
