Under the last management yes they were not shy to pump the price. Under the new management team I don't believe so. There are serious implications for directors if they have been found to have lied to the market.
Besides if it was really just a pump to get it above 2 cents for a CR they would have called for a TH when it was 2.4 cents and done a CR at 2 cents. Yet the company have allowed the price to drift back down so that alone takes away any credibility to your theory.
