If the invoice was paid they would pay off the liabilities.

My guess is the invoice will never be paid and they will continue to dilute shareholders for another 12 months while they attempt to get this thing off the ground.

Even if they do get it off the ground revenues will be slow to come in and they will still ned the toxic debt for a least another 12 months IMO

I would be a seller of this stock before its at $0.001c with the constant issuing of shares.

There will be plenty of shares to buy if and when they get the back yard in order which wont be anytime soon
