After tranch E is taken up by TV2U MEH won't be able to convert CN's when the SP drops below 1.5c. Currently the floor is set at 0.5c that MEH can't convert CN's to shares. There are higher floors that kick in when the SP moves higher based on a VWAP so until there is significant news to drive the SP higher MEH will manipulate to accumulate.
