The meeting can go ahead, I never said it couldn't. I said if no revenue has come in then i'll be voting NO. That's my right as a shareholder, and it's to express my dissappointment with a string of BS MOU's.
I've been in and out of this share since the shell RTO. Since then we have had China deal fall through (now a new version is floated). Divan fall through, Karaoke fail, Vubiquity, Akamai, some Nigerian prince deal, some dodgy "major" Australian Telco, Brazil, and PGAStelecom.
It's impressive list of non-starters. In the mean time management take huge wages, and filter money and IP out to Nick's other companies/pockets.
No wonder Indonesia deal needs to go through corruption due process....so should ASX!
