Bottom line is the company is not reporting financially cause there is no money.
Bottom line is it ain’t trading because the ASX is still concerned about the mechanisms of this company. Period.
This will quietly sail off into privatisation for $1 with all the shareholders money alongside it. Unless new directors appointed include Mr Winton Willesee whom will consolidate the register and RTO the shell….IMO.
