The NTA are doing the production Telecasts - Why would they have to pay a subscription fee for content they are producing? If you are referring to viewers of FTA - then no, the license fee is for DTV which has only partially rolled out & amounts to $4 (AUD) p/a - far cheaper than NPFL.TV yearly(monthly) subscription! Also - do you understand that NPFL will be televised/streamed by any company that makes a deal with the LMC/NFF for distribution rights?
