Just a final clarification of when that last date is to buy shares on the market to be eligible for the options.

The Offer is being made to all shareholders named on the Company’s register of members at 5:00pm AWST on 8 June 2016 (Record Date), whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders).

Therefor if you buy TV2 shares on the market before close of trading on Monday the 6th June T + 2 will mean you will be on the register by 5pm AWST on the 8th June and will be eligible for the options.

I hope this is right and clarifies the last time you can buy the shares on market to be eligible for the options.
