fight those demons mate, dont let this world get the better of you, only invest what you can afford to lose, cut losses quickly if you cant afford to lose much, or be patient more than often losing trades will head back up. Dont chase any stock, I know its easy said than done sometimes but buy at the lows, sell into the spikes, dont put all your eggs in 1 basket, diversify.

There's always some filler jobs to keep someone who is down and out going, don't worry too much about owning a house etc if it's out of reach at the moment, you cant take possesions to the grave with you anyway.

suicide is never worth it, think of those who know you and the anguish you leave behind, gotta get some confidence back, do some weights/exercise get your body and mind healthy, never give up.
