The stock market is funny beast indeed.
If anyone expects to be kept fully informed at all times, then the stock market will only disappoint you.
All stocks I have ever owned, always has some one wanting an announcement, or waiting for something.
Sure there are times when more communication would be warranted and appreciated.
Guess what I am saying is no amount of posting on a forum will get an announcement out any quicker.
One thing I have learnt is always expect delays, if they don't happen, then great.
If you can accept this fact, then it takes all the mental torture out of trading.
In a perfect world this would not happen, but hey the world is far from perfect.
If an announcement on a stock is expected in a month, I am not surprised if it is a month or 2 late.
Takes all the pressure off your trading.
I always increase my timeframe on expected dates, so much easier.
I do understand when people get frustrated, but if you change your view a little it will not do your head in.
Trust me I used to get a little frustrated in the early years.
Because I honour the commitments I make, I expected everyone else to be able to operate the same way.
Stock markets are not like that, so the market is always right, I just needed to change my view of the market to adjust.
To fight the market is futile.
Understand and accept the way it operates, and life is easy.

As frustrating as it can be at times, you're right patience is key here.
From experience whats even more frustrating is selling at a loss or B/E only to see a stock literally go up the next day on its own accord, or go right up soon after on some expected ann. that was delayed., has happened to me a few times in the early day due to being too impatient, that's when you really want to kick yourself.
