Oh what a day!

Had a break at work and was ready to buy another parcel then I see it's gone into pre-ann. I wanted to kick myself because I thought it was a trading halt... then I saw it was the oppies announcement, but I needed to get back to work (super busy day) so I just let it be and thought about buying tomorrow as I get the day off. Come home and it's a bloodbath! Can anyone tell me what's so bad about the announcement? Is it because it's more shares than it was first said?

It seems like a big overreaction to me, to be honest. I shall be buying up more because I missed out on getting some yesterday and today... kind of glad now.

Any help is appreciated. I still struggle to understand some of this stuff but getting the hang of it
