    Yes Lanky, TV2u announced they had a binding agreement with Divan tv.....but you would/should also assume that there would be clauses written into agreements that allow for contracts to be altered or terminated if specific criteria/terms are not met etc. An example might be negotiating the final price for content as Tom(refer email to poster) mentioned was happening a few weeks back.
    Its great that you have seen Hollywood content on the Divan website......but again, where is the announcement saying as much. TV2 have to stop thinking like a private company and start acting like a publically listed company which they now are. I know SH are annoying wanting to know everything......
