Today I have unfortunately waisted my time & read this thread, however there seems to me that most posters are confused about the deal we have signed with Divan.... So, From the original announcement:

"Divan.TV has a large and established network of users across the region and the service can easily be scaled to meet future demand. The current Divan.TV network can deliver local content and the latest Hollywood video‐on‐demand (VOD) content localised in the Russian language to any device on one unified platform."

As you can see, back in February of this year Divan was already able to deliver Hollywood content in their native language. Many posters have been arguing about who has provided what content ect, but as you can see, the infrastructure was already in place & if you think about it, it had to be.... Divan had no product without Hollywood content in the first place.

It seems to me where the real value add in this deal for TV2U & Divan is:
    - The secure network, where they can turn off non conforming users.
    - Marketing & targeted advertising.
    - Data analytics; as they will be sending the data "back to the Hollywood Studios daily"

How else will Divan get their revenue up from $600,000 to the expected $12.5mil over 24 months... ($25mil over 2yrs for the JV?)
"The content and unique real‐time analytics from TV2U will enhance Divan.TV’s ability to aggressively capture market share in the underpenetrated CIS market."

With regards to the content itself, the announcment contained this statement:
"This is the first time that licensed Hollywood blockbusters will be localised in the Russian language within the region. TV2U’s digital rights management solution ensures the protection of intellectual property as many of Divan.TV’s direct competitors stream unlicensed or illegal content."

As far as I'm concerned any information outside of the announcement is hearsay as no exec will want to go to the big house for insider trading.

Hopefully this post clears things up for a few of you
