Now iam not saying that anything has fallen through.
Let's be clear on that right now!
But don't be fooled that just because TV2 has a BOA means that it will go forward.
This is not business being conducted here. If Divan decide to bail don't even for one minute think that TV2 can do anything about it. They would only have to drag it out in court for long enough to bleed the company dry while at the same time there is no revenue coming in. No revenue, court costs and bye bye.
Hope it all works out but some need to be aware of how business works in other parts of the world.
