Kyivstar and Divan struck a deal to allow unlimited traffic for mobile watchers, considering 30% of Divan watchers use mobiles. This may help increase subs further. Kyivstar have approx 25.3 million subscribers.

Divan had a ARPU of $7.00 in 2014. Only thing it didn't say is which currency. Potential to pay for more than bog roll and lunch for management from this one deal alone.
