    This is misleading.
    1. XTV has a dodgy management TV2 don't
    2. TV2 has a marketable product ready to go with legit agreements and partnerships on the way. XTV tried to manipulate the share holders by twisting announcement titles and details.

    I might be harsh but this is what I feel and know.
