    Nick has no advantage in stuffing whoever with options for the sake of it. The idea is that it makes financial sense to convert them, so he will be doing his best to get the SP up by way of announcing new developments in the company.. Not that I'm an expert on options but that would make sense. Any opinions? I guess what I'm getting at is I have no gain in converting options if the heads are only worth 4 cents.
