The bar seems to have been moved as to what is considered a "full commercial launch". Previously we received an announcement once the geo-blocking stage was reached which is presumably when the customer starts to pay the monthly fees.
Why would it not be considered "full commercial launch" with Persis which is currently geo-blocked? Should there not be an announcement regarding that?
