My guess and it's only a guess Jas why give the note holder good news just to sell into at the expense of genuine investors . Hopefully we can have some good news by the 4th and have a lot more healthy SP so that the note holder doesn't gobble up more and more too cheap share and dilute the living daylights out of TV2 .
Who knows by the time the 24th of April gets here we may able to pay them off instead .
Although the problem I have is a board "Nick aside" who have no shares in the company may not be too bothered how many shares are on issue as long as they have continued funding for salaries as dilution has no effect on them . I really hope I'm wrong and just being too cynical.
