So we have an offer coming of 1 option for every 4 shares holders own on the record of 8th of June. Each option will cost a holder 0.0001c.
ie - IF you own 400,000 TV2 shares on June 8, you are entitled to buy 100,000 options st 0.0001 of a cent at a cost of $10.
This upcoming option deal is going to cause the SP to rise - perhaps dramatically - as people buy to own TV2 shares on the record date June 8 (then we may seem some sell-off as people have secured their options). I will be holding my LT position.
The upside is too good.
