    The business needs change management so a cull would be good and necessary

    Change attitude, efficiency and productivity - -and the wage bill!

    I've asked for the CEO and Alan Boyd to do a streaming news update or video - so we may see that soon

    Would be good to do a Q&A too, if they would - this has worked well on some other stocks

    Wouldn't mind seeing them tour on the pro-active investor lunch tour too - give us all a chance to meet in capital cities and ask some questions
