debt finance for Langer Heinrich uranium mine, works scheduled to start this month, with
commissioning a year later. Tight global market pushing spot prices sharply higher, with
more gains seen. Timing of project development could hardly be better for PDN, now
benefitting from its countercyclical investment in uranium industry over past decade. PDN
likely well supported going forward. As production nears, share price could rally, though
investors will have to watch for overshoot.
