Agree in part, yes the SP below 1c was truly a gift for those who did their research and had a crack but saying that with the potential payment of $770,000 and a product launch in the coming days then the SP will end up a decent whack higher IF these things are announced by the end of the month like the company has predicted..

Of course these are the timeframes given by the company and I will be extremely disappointed if it doesn't happen but nothing is certain..
