I suspect that the shares have already been accounted for by the BIG end of town - you know how CR's work - Scorp said that at the General meeting it was mentioned that $6 million has already been accounted for on the 9th November so by now the other $4 mill is probably also gone- POSSIBLY why the company were slow to release the application form with the prospectus - (only my guess and not fact !)
and probably why payment is by cheque - so people are deterred - i suspect under chapter 1 and 2 of RTO they have to offer it to the public so why promote it - and they would not want to be sending money back to people if they can help it !!-



Most CR or IPO's are First in first served and promoted through broking houses - so these guys would have been well ahead of the cue - its more of a deterrent than anything else - if your already hiding like most of us we are not bothered by it for obvious reasons - if the company delivers then it docent matter as shareprice will be well north of CR at 2c

I also expect we will get some serious announcements just before we list - well thats my guess anyway - and reason why we should see a good opening on 8th December - remember these dates are indicative and subject to change so we may see the resisting under TV2 sooner - either way , docent matter
