great summary Bruno, and also succinctly summarised by Alway’s post above - we were soooo misled by the previous BoD that it is almost impossible for me to believe that the former MD is allowed to retain his director office at another ASX company.

I know We need to move on but I would love for ASIC to dig into how dishonest and misleading he was (not to mention obvious failures in continuous disclosure responsibilities) as I feel for people that will fall for the same misleading behaviours and suffer as we have. Those investors won’t find themselves anywhere near as lucky as us to have a saviour like GW.
