can someone explain to me why consolidation is seen as such a negative. any rational normal informed investor will know that changing the number of shares does not change the mkt cap or value of the company. at the end of the day yes it is disappointing that this has taken so long but blame can squarely be placed at the feet of the vendor, who has had a legal department working on MCC takeover and Togol JV.
