I don't agree with all this pessamism about the develop ment of TVN. As soon as we have in principle agreement to funding of a proven path to developing a worthwhile product that is needed by a hungry consumer (ie, a good PFS), we will fly. When something is wanted and funding is available only those in quickly will get it cheap.
I agree that it will be some time before it pays a dividend but most investors move once value is proven.
