You state “ if he is front running”. Please, give him more credit. He was a hedge fund manager and is now CEO of a public company, he works in a highly regulated industry and understands the regulatory environment and his obligations.
Front running is buuying ahead of known orders being placed, he would need to have first hand knowledge of the orders and trade ahead of them, highly unlikely. By saying “if he is front running a sensitive announcement” you are effectively saying “if he is inside trading”. Suggestion is outrageous. For your own benefit, always be careful of your wording, defamation is an expensive exercise.
