Not much comment on this company but looks a good buy to me. Home design and construction in QLD in an interest rate coming down environment. Could have good growth potential over the next year or two.
Have grown revenues and profits last year when the environment was very difficult and have never failed to deliver good dividends (even during the GFC). Current dividend yield is 9% fully franked. Only possible issue it is could be a bit illiquid at times.
