I believe there is a serious risk of a further downwards revision to 2HFY20 earnings from the coronavirus which has not been included in updated management guidelines. Blackmores reported today and updated the market that it expects the coronavirus to impact for at LEAST 2-3 months.
I believe the same issue will effect TWE.
Asia represents 26% of sales and 47% EBIT (including negative corporate).
obviously the case - question is how much of this is already priced in?? BKL have other issues - surely demand for vitamins etc would increase in times of health scares??? they are also trading on a PE of 30+. we are under 20 when most comparable companies worldwide are at 24.
