dialling up the drama I recon... the who bush fire media coverage was blown way out of context in the Adelaide hills. Only 120-130 hectares of vineyard was affected and smoke taint is very minor. The high value crops of Barossa etc were all good. Yields however are light, but this won’t effect twe as much as they carry a large inventory of stock to protect against such scenarios and they will just put the price up...
