Holder of TWE and have been looking at PR for a while: why would PR want to do this? Seems like diworsifying, and doesn’t make much sense given TWE’s China problems and PR’s goals of premiumisation/winning “must-win” markets like China. Stick to spirits ffs. I think LVMH is a more likely suitor for Penfolds, but unsure if they would want the rest of TWE
