Although I do not wade into emotional responses in the forum... you are quite correct with your assumptions... When you read through reuters & other International media outlets that are still free... China is slowly but surely being alienated by just about every country in the world...it seems that ever so slowly more and more business is moving out of China with complete distrust...
Time will tell....I live 1/2 my life in South East Asia and there is no love for the Chinese whatsoever ever but distrust...
Its an interesting time for China as soon enough...they will learn as they did before Mao...that the worlds not their oyster....
