I agree TZ have imposed a news blackout and stated so some time ago and also that it may be related to ensuring the price DKR could receive on-market was limited. DKR are obviously not selling now but will not allow TZ to acquire all their notes at $3.02. So they will convert and keep and perhaps sell down or transfer to another buyer off-market. That is a certainty. Either way the overhang has disappeared and the price is being allowed to drift up again without that selling capping it at $4 or less. Does that mean the DKR situation is resolved? Regardless, the TZ management has started making more announcements after a long time and that suggests the matter is at an end. If so then there will be selling only from traders and they will rapidly thin out.
