4) Greater investment in property - so? How does that affect returning franking credits in cash?
5) Children in accumulation will join parents SMSF? So? nil effect. Besides, you have told us in 3 that there will be a flow from SMSF to industry funds, now you are arguing the other way around?
6) Net improvement in govt revenue nil? Nothing that you have shown supports this.

But the Gov won't collect any franking credits. It can't save money it does not collect.
