There are many types of tax entities, the policy only applies to the entities where the problem exists. It’s not that they are exempt, it’s more that it does not apply to them as they are a non profit org.

The future fund is exempt. So it can take advantage of the Franking Credits. One rule for the Government Super and another for the Private Super.
