The future fund is a govt entity. It doesn’t matter if they can access franking credits or not as it’s just taking out of one pocket and putting it in another.
All retail super funds can use the franking credits to offset their liabilities. Only less than 8% of taxpayers get a refund cheque so > 92% are not even affected by the policy.
