Another change. If a Aged Pensioner (part also) is a trustee of a SMSF then that fund will get full refund of franking Credits, but only up to 28/03/2018. Beyond that, sorry too late to make any change. Too bad for any SMSF fund in the process but not yet completed, with an Aged Pensioner trustee.
The complications involved keep piling up and the ramifications and consequences multiplying. Probably still unknown by Shorten who is making it up on the run.....
