Just to clarify, The un-risked estimates put the upside at 251 times assuming strikes at EVERY target we have identified.
Risked = 4-6 times, for the first drills we are working through now.
Un-risked is VERY OPTIMISTIC and as it is deemed, assumes no risk.
A series of discoveries, assuming there is - could place us anywhere between the two estimates if we strike.
I am emphasizing the ifs and could's here.
At the end of the day however, despite the fundamental valuations we can use as guides, something is only valued at what rate someone will pay for it.
