With the stock at 5c i.e. below the supposed minimum price I think the writing is on the wall here.

After a lengthy Worldwide Institutional marketing roadshow this is apparently the best deal they could come up with and there seems no appetite from Institutional Investors.

They then choose to disenfranchise small shareholders by offering measly terms and a Corporate entity of which we know little gets to a significant shareholding without paying a 'Control premium'.
