Hi Bushmaster, you forgot to add the words "Term sheets" to those "Binding" things. So when you add the extra two words you get "Binding Term Sheets". Not really worth much, only,Binding bit is what's agreed in the term sheets.

Also nice of them old MOU and HOA parties to let the new agreements jump in front of them in the queue, lol, mustn't of been real keen to get their hands on any Lindi Jumbo.

So no real Binding Off take agreements, perhaps that's why no finance has turned up. Like would you lend $40m against agreements where the other party can walk away just by not agreeing to price?
