Because TON is in Mozambique it was not included in the original discussion point.
TON I suspect will eventually get funded by Chinese SOE (State Owned Enterprises) and IMO at risk of being eventually controlled by the China SOEs. I am doubtful existing shareholders in TON will see maximum long term value, when TON is taken over on the cheap.
KNL / EGR, heavy reliance on the German Bank, their project has to be able to support their Debt and Equity requirements after being stress tested from an Investment Bankers DD process.
Also of note is that EGR name change occurred after that report seeing as the report states KNL
EGR name changed occurred in Dec 2019 and their focus is now on their EcoGraph - hence the name change that occurred after Pareto Launched the $40M USD Loan Note for WKT.
I would not invest in KNL for their Graphite deposit, however the EcoGraph tech could become valuable in due course if it works and if there is no competition.
Will be very interesting to see what a new BMI list is going to look like at the end of 2020 indeed.
