I understand the numbers and their intend purpose just like I know you do to.
I understand how the Risk Averse Investment Bankers will factor in worse case scenarios, with cost over runs, delays in construction, contingencies for delays in production timelines and quotas, allowances for tolerance levels for tweaking the plant during dry commissioning and wet commissioning, including shipping and sales delays etc etc etc.
Its called STRESS TESTING a project, all based on WORSE CASE DOWN SIDE SCENARIOS, as that's what separates financeable projects away from unworthy projects ; )
Stay tuned as will be a valuable lesson for all future Graphite hopefuls so investors can perhaps avoid some painful experiences in the future.
