First is possible with due diligence already underway. Anything is possible at this point and management seem confident the Jan will be the month for funding confirmation and action on the ground.
In the end don’t give one who gets funding first, We all just want to see it happen and get rolling on the construction side of things.
WKT could already have it if they wanted to accept a bum deal just to get “first”.
