Boce I totally agree with you this is big, I don' think the market has realised the importance of this starting the build or its just a case of everyone that was going to buy in before the finance announcement has already. I think there will be a whole new set of investors waiting for the funding news to drop.
Finance hasn't been granted yet but in my mind it may as well be after what the directors have indicated in the past about not being able to stop start a project with such a short build time. So I am pretty much sitting back enjoying a nice Shiraz waiting for the inevitable.
Ground works started, long lead time items ordered while funding is being finalised.
