The market has missed this important final milestone , (Deputy Minerals Minister Stanlaus Nyongo is satisfied with the graphite mining company #LindiJumbo to continue construction of plant & other works which involves production)
There is no doubt in my mind this is the trigger for final funding sign off , I am waiting for the trading halt Max & Co, see what your chart tells you after that.
