The DFS numbers for WKT are all based on FOB.
The WKT revenue numbers are NET, after all the associated costs of sale, marketing, shipping and insurance costs etc are deducted. Its all been included ; )
Any offsets would be included into the FOB and in turn they also increase the revenue numbers.
No stress on the project either way as the Port of Mtwara is very likely to be operational in time for first shipments.
