Thanks for adding IMO to the statement, because you really can't be sure, can you?
All those committee meetings, which may or may not lead to an offer. You would have no idea when they are scheduled for or even if any reports have been written or finalised yet yet, haven't you?
Will any decision made during any of those meetings or may they be deferred to the next to give committee members time to consider the proposals presented? Will the spread of the virus have any influence on decisions?

Oh this uncertainty as expressed by the SP, with a Doji yesterday and currently displaying a Dragonfly against resistance. What might be the outcome of this as the day goes on?
